Houston Restaurant Weeks

The Woodlands Hospitality Group concepts Black Walnut Cafe and TRIS participated in the Houston Restaurant Weeks (HRW).

Black Walnut Cafe, with its Memorial, Rice Village and Vintage Park in Houston; Cinco Ranch in Katy; and The Woodlands and Conroe locations offered a special two-course menu.

The Woodlands most popular fine-dining destination TRIS featured a three-course dinner menu and a special margarita dedicated to the late Cleverley Stone, the founder of the Houston Restaurant Weeks. Over Eleven Thousand Dollars were generated, to provide 29,714 meals for the Montgomery County Food Bank. Chef Austin Simmons presented the first check from participating restaurants to Katie Stone, president of The Cleverly Stone Foundation.
