Hilton Honors Award by Hilton Hotels is given to properties over 225 rooms with the highest Hilton Honors Experience Score (HES) weighted based on (50%) Overall Experience of Hilton Honors Members, (30%) Delivery of Hilton Honors Benefits and (20%) Enrollments. The Overall Experience, and Delivery of Hilton Honors Benefits come from the brand’s Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking (SALT) guest surveys.
